How to book

1. Choose a trip and review its itinerary, dates, per-person price, and remaining places.
2. Open the checkout summary, then sign in or register with your email and verify your OTP.
3. Review your cart and total payment in IDR. Continue to the available provider’s payment page.
4. Once payment is verified, your voucher is available in My Trip and sent to your registered email.

Cancellation & refunds

Request cancellation through My Trip or contact support with your order number. Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the package and travel partners’ terms; cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Our team reviews requests and records refunds only after they have been completed.
